I'd say they're pretty comparable to Lou.Yetu. Good quality for fashion jewelry, not super expensive but feels nice. I have a few necklaces from both.

They're decent! Not fine jewelry you'll pass down generations, but for everyday wear or trendy pieces, they hold up well. I like them more than Emma & Chloé, personally.

Nah, returns were pretty straightforward for me. As long as you follow their instructions on the website, it's fine. I sent back a ring last month.

I think they give you a couple weeks to send it back. Just make sure it's unworn and in its original packaging, or they might ding you. I returned some earrings a while back, no issues.
